Man... just hearing about Robin kind of wrecks me. My father killed himself about a year ago now,
exactly the same way. He lost his dignity... he thought he was going to lose his wife. He'd
struggled with drugs and alcohol, and in the end it was too much for him. At the end he simply
felt that there wasn't anything left for him. I found him, and I can still remember hearing
myself scream as though it was someone else's voice... holding him as though I could use my sheer
force of will to bring him back. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.
