The game tries to keep itself simple but then hardly explains itself
Once you get the 'bad' ending you assume that's all there was to it: The game is about mice
rioting and then that's the end.
So they really bodged it up.

It's not really imposible to do it with humans and minimal jail. It takes a lot of micro
management. Got 80% to the end, but screwed myself over when I hired full staff and had nothing
to do with them

The way to do it is to
1) get product up to 6 and make sure no one interferes with the product line
2) fill up research section with citizens
3) pay them 1
4)give production 4
5) When the game tries to make you fail sack everyone except 1 production and give him 1 salary
6) when he tries to fuck you over go to another guy in the jail and replace him.
6a) since you're at 6 production value you could probably go for more people to get a better score

The reason for African based poverty is too diverse to be put down to one factor, but to say that
