i posted a version of this yesterday, but it had multiple issues:
* the frame rate was too high
* it had no motion blur
* it ran too fast
* it hurt your eyes
* the music artist was the most despicable person in popular culture. who does this girl think
she is.
i have tried my best to rectify or at least acknowledge all of these issues. and so i present:

This is a step in the right direction in terms of the text movement. The motion blur is turn up
too high though.
You will have to find what works the best yourself, but it may involve less bounce, an even lower
framerate (30 is probably good though), and smaller text. Just suggestions. While I don't think
the FR needs changing, you may want to at least try 24 fps
