Sometimes the balls spawn inside each other, going apeshit.
Sometimes they go apeshit because a very insignificantly sized ball gets accelerated so damned
heavily by another, the collision sends everything flyin'.
Instate a minimum size, maximum acceleration to stop some of this instability.
And, you know, make other balls combine or do something else to stop the entire screen from being
flooded.

Had to do a game for a university assignment which used their core physics engine, which itself
couldn't be changed for me to be scored for my work, leading to a lot of the physics problems.
When I'm through this semester, I'll be rewriting everything so it's far more stable. At least
it's a bit of fun in it's present state.
