File: 0Alex Jones-zeitgeist.swf-(9.93 MB, Loop) [_] alex jones debunks zeitgeist Anon 1791669 >> [_] Anon 1791679 I don't know about zeitgeist because I avoid the flashes and I have no idea what's going on here >> [_] Anon 1791689 >># Don't worry about it then. >> [_] Anon 1791693 >># Same. Always treated them as spam since they tend to fill up /f/ like spam. >> [_] Anon 1791699 >># difference between proving something is spam (junk) and calling something spam. "all great truths begin as blasphemies" -george bernard shaw >> [_] Anon 1791703 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2leoOhtQ p8 Full video. >> [_] Anon 1791708 I don't really like the Zeitgeist as a movement. Some of the people involved in it tend to act like elitist, asshole, hipsters, that just got out of college. All in all the Zeitgeist has some good movies with some good information but I don't consider everything the man says as fact especially his New World city design that sounded to me like a one world government idea witch I'm not favorable for. >> [_] Anon 1791727 >># Ignoring of the propaganda, zeitgeist movement advocates encourage in their words "the scientific method for social concern" instead of a social system based on, markets, money, religions, or politics. Nothing more. Not liking the zeitgeist movement doesn't debunk it, so those who dislike it outright lie about the movement saying things like "the zeitgeist movement/venus project is a new world order, UN sponsored, theosophy, satanist, commnunist, cult". That's the kind of people I can't take seriously >> [_] Anon 1791739 >taking anything alex jones says seriously bwahahahahaha >> [_] Anon 1791743 >># I'm not debunking it by saying I dislike it, I'm just remarking a dislike of how some of the people involved treat Peter Joesph like a god/deity/prophet and then tell everyone that "They are being childish for having beliefs and motives which are blatently primitive" (comment from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2leoOhtQ p8) to me the Zeitgeist as a movement acts more as a old religion masked in new religious beliefs. Again I like the information that the Zeitgeist has brought to the table but I don't take all his information as fact and I certainly don't agree with his economic, spiritual, or moral ideology. >> [_] Anon 1791753 Zeitgeist is illuminati disinformation please wake up you people >> [_] Anon 1791764 >># >his New World city design You mean the 1 where they want the world to be ruled by computers and for people to have zero regard for historic buildings and areas anywhere? 'cause yeah, they sorta lost me with that. >> [_] Anon 1791767 Whoever made this vid is 1 asspained douchebag >> [_] Anon 1791770 >Trying to debunk a radical movement with the biggest conspiracy theorist alive excuse me, wtf r u doin >> [_] Anon Anonymous 1791771 I viewed an anime titled "No.6" and it is very much like Zeitgeist in many ways. >> [_] Anon 1791790 1. This flash would turn intelligent people even further away from Zeitgeist, because the whole "Calm, collected, rational speaker vs. Angry crazy man" is a pretty weak form of straw-manning 2. The Zeitgeist flashes had a fair amount of information, but many of the conclusions drawn from the information were often based on flimsy logic, and a fair amount of only rudimentary understanding of the systems that were being analyzed. The flashes are not wholly wrong, but they're no more right than your average college student's ideas on how the world works. 3. The zeitgeist flashes are posted way too often here. >> [_] Anon 1791793 So how many 4chan users have actually joined this cult? >> [_] Anon 1791798 I was disappointed that the movie was nothing but a depressing bitch-fest made with just the tactic of: >Get 'em mad and I was left wondering how accurate their info on 9/11 was. >> [_] Anon 1791809 Zeitgeist is communism. It's the same damn arguments leftists and communists always make. It's statist / big government / central planning / redistribution. It's all the crap F. A. Hayek warned us about in the Road to Serfdom camo'ed (like leftists do) with a veneer of compassion. |
