What if he did have a gun? What if he knew how to use it and wouldn't hesitate to kill a police
officer? There is absolutely nothing saving a policeman from getting shot in the head except to
shoot the suspect first. Before you say something like "hurf durf I wouldn't shoot an innocent
man and would make sure he has a gun first" think for a second and understand that police are
wearing a uniform that tells criminals "shoot me or you go to prison". If you really would
hesitate to fire in this situation than you'd make one very shitty, and likely soon very dead,

False dichotomy. He could have used a taze gun, he could have waited for the gun to be pulled
(have it confirmed, as he should have), he could have sent a fucking attack dog on him if they
had sent a k9 unit. He could have followed him until backup arrived to subdue him with no shots
fired by anyone, He could have done a number of things, but instead he shot him dead.
He shot him because of 2 things.
1. Someone had called the police about Dillion possibly carrying an illigal firearm
2. He acted weird when he was snuck up on by a shouting, gun pointing man.
You're telling me that if those two criteria are met, civilians are free game? American logic

If you listen he also tells the police "no fool" when he is told to get his hands out. So he is
actively disobeying the police not "acting weird". Watch the video again there is a second
policeman on the suspects right. He looks over and sees that one and only then puts his hands in
his pockets. Also he doesn't get snuck up on. The guy turns and walks away after he sees the
filming officer pull up in his squad car. I guess you really would be terrible at law enforcement
since you missed these key aspects of the video.

Unfortunately Tazers are:
1) incredibly inaccruate, especially at that range
2) quite unreliable, many people can still function adequately while being tazed
3) still not safe, if the guy had a gun in his hand and finger on the trigger he could pull it,
causing the gun to go off and possibly hitting himself, the cop, or a bystander
I guarantee a few shots to the chest or head with a 9mm will bring more people down than a tazer
will. 100% guarantee it.
