The ultimate spam isn't so bad. Get as far up and to the side then spam Z to shield and you
probably won't take damage. If you are lucky and have a beam charged when she starts you can hit
her a bit while she is charging. The constant melee attacks are a bitch though.

Also try to time the 'loss of clothes' screen with her super. You'll be invulnerable throughout
the whole thing and once she is low on the screen you can go to the top corners to avoid any
remaining shots.
