where he helps some guys double cross each other. when they kill the one drug dealer nick cage
sees his soul dancing because its free. So he says to the other dealer. "Shoot him again his soul

Cage is a cop who goes around abusing his power as much as he wants and no one manages to stop
him because anyone who could doesn't know about it or wont stop him. He claims some kid matches a
description then fucks his girlfriend in front of him and smokes crack with her. With his lights
flashing. He has gambling debts so he catches a big name football player with some weed he
planted on him and tells him to throw the game. So he can pay off his bookie. Meanwhile he is hot
on the trail of a huge drug dealer who he brings to justice. seriously, this movie is amazing.
