It's a pixelated peanut that also looks like a vagina which transforms into an eye that's not

Put your hands on your screen and leave only a bit of the eye visible.
The eye does flash too.

When the eye opens, it actually DOES start flickering, just not as intensely as the background.
Open it up in your viewer of choice, set the scaling to 'No Scale', and resize the window until
you can't see the flickering background.
