Wow... As a health care provider, this is even more horrifying to me than it probably is to
everybody else.
1) Hitting the child in the side of the head, especially a child under 5 years old can cause the
brain to rebound against the inside of the skull, the result of which is usually either
intracerebral hemorrhage and subsequent bleeding. When she smacked the child again in the face,
it clearly caused a major concussion.
2) The child proceeded to projectile vomit, sway, and wave her arms. The first and most obvious
signs of brain damage. She also appeared to develop a nose bleed.
3) Based on the child's reactions after being thrown on the floor, I strongly suspect it's
probably dead, or severely impaired now. A child who is injured will not curl up, but rather lay
flat and not try to roll over. Arms clutch close to the chest when brain damage becomes severe,
which happens just before the parent(?) picks her up... absolutely terrifying,
