Lilly was always my favorite storyline because she's the only one where your heart condition
actually becomes relevant to the plot.
Every other girl just ignores it or treats it like it's not a big deal. Hell, it never really
gets addressed at all with half the girls.

been a while for me so I don't remember the leg girl's name, but his heart condition was
definitely a huge part of the story. My girl is Hanako, but I've dated "broken" girls. it never
works out. Lilly would definately be the best girl, but she didn't give me the feels I got from
Hanako.

And I really liked Shizune too. For me it was:

Leg girl was Emi, I didn't like the heart stuff in her storyline because I felt she trivialized
it. If I remember right, the logic was "just work out everyday and it'll be like you don't have a
disease at all."
After the first few times where he passes out from training, he stops showing symptoms for the
rest of the story and pretty much becomes "cured" of his ailment. At least that's how I remember
it.
I'm sorry, but if you have defective organs, working out everyday isn't gonna cure that.
