Instructions from what I've gathered: >Click one of the coins >Select one of the ones that have three faces from the bottom or right side >Device thing preloads the coins for you >Scroll over device until it highlights, then click >Some circular thing pops up in the left corner, click that >It then makes some musical noise and says something in moonspeak

Most of the medals can be mixed and matched (use the yellow up/down arrows to swap medals) The two combos on the right side (TaMaShii and BuraKaWani) and the purple medals (PuToTyra) can't be mixed-and-matched. From the main selection menu, the buttons along the bottom and the right side are all shortcuts for the different combos. Clicking the floating hand (the character Ankh) makes him give you a random set of medals to use. (In the show he keeps close tabs on the medals, and tends to shout "Use these!" while throwing them at the hero character.) I'm not the OP but I'm really into this shit okay
