  his katana form gets marginally better as he goes on. Shows that cutting anything can gradually
  help your form. He still has a ton of bad habits, but you can see him gradually cut out the
  pointless flourishes, and he gets more clean cuts. Also, this guy has years of dedication behind
  this as pointless as it may be. I think if he dedicated himself to an actual martial art he'd
  probably get in shape and alter his entire lifestyle pretty quickly.
