This isnt really one of them. His statement is basically "This world is very unequal, and that is
troubling," but then he segues into an unrelated statement about how he'll always be there to
give you a hi-five.
Its not really saying anything, its just needlessly obtuse for comedic value's sake.

very superficial party. Not to mention Decadence can mean falling into decay. This could be his
own decay.

is no longer the royal tart toter anymore. It could represent how the royalty holds it's subjects
back.
