Honestly I stopped caring about the OR after that. I could never buy it in good consciousness
considering that not only was it a crowdfunded project turned sell-out, but it's also Facebook.

Id really fucking like him to lead us to a world where Steam has customer support. Not even good
customer support. Id accept ANY at this point. Instead of a world where if say... your account
gets banned somehow, all your hundreds of dollars worth of games are suddenly destroyed, and the
support ticket people are no longer answering their completely anonymous emails - you have to
literally get the attention of the head of the company himself before anyone will do jack shit.
Also yknow, Steam actually giving refunds when its appropriate. Or really acting like its a
modern company in any way whatsoever.
Love Valve. Love Gabe. Best company/man in the business. But they aint perfect. Its inexcusable
for EA - the company that keeps a child brothel in its executive staff room - to have better
customer service than Valve.
