Every day the Alchemist sends down a bag of gold from his tower on a hook. The townsfolk fight
over it, but the Theif instead grabs the hook and climbs up to the tower to see the source of the
gold. It's to make a point that everyone is too blinded by greed to think about the world around
them. Check out The Holy Mountain it's a very good film.
