The work of a teenager maybe, but I dunno man. Animals/people with strange clothes and silly hats. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)09:53 No.2742811 >>2742708 I'm mad because I thought he was rewinding time and he didnt fast forward it after it was done >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)10:40 No.2742823 The fact that Vinnie did these as a teenager is so fucking impressive. He does a webcomic now but it's all in spanish. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)11:00 No.2742830 His Comic is in english too. vinnieveritas[DOT]com/archive/ccc269-2/ >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)13:59 No.2742957 Man, I hope NG sees a resurgence in popularity now that YouTube sucks for animators. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)14:05 No.2742960 >>2742957 What went wrong for animators on Youtube? I've heard about some trouble before but never got to know what exactly went down. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)14:07 No.2742961 >>2742957 Overall, animation online is kind of dead, comedy takes precedence over effort or art. Though I'm not saying there's anything wrong with funny animations. But youtube is still a proper platform for them, right? Did something happen? >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)14:46 No.2742987 >>2742960 >>2742961 Basically if you can't shit out 10 minute videos on a fast/regular basis you get almost no publicity and no ad money. Youtube is almost exclusively for let's plays, vlogs, and clickbait now. From what I've heard most animators break even with the ad money considering how much time they spend in actually making it. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)14:59 No.2743001 >>2742987 Youtube's quality really has dropped so much in so little time. It's very sad really. With the introduction of Google Plus it's like seeing the end of an era. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)15:08 No.2743005 >>2743001 They just really need to have separate ad systems depending on the type of content. Which is probably a lot easier said than done. >> [_] Anonymous 04/08/15(Wed)15:11 No.2743009 >>2743005 Well, when I say that, I really mean how Youtube is more like television than what it used to be. Steady content from creators with millions of fans, and little support for smaller channels. That's just my beef with it. |
