seconds after arriving on the scene he just stood there doing nothing as the veteran walked back

I've watched this video a shit load of times and there's always trolls and a shit ton of sides to
this. Not gonna argue any sides of this since I've done my fair share.
I just wanted to point out that the cop got pretty close to nailing him in the head in the first
few shots (the door window shatters). His aim could be better be I'm sure he was shaking with
adrenaline when up against some guy who is screaming crazy shit at you with a carbine.
I know a few cops and in my area the cops here are pretty underfunded (had to put only 1 officer
a cruiser) and the response time is shit. Ex:
Jewelry store got robbed by armed dudes, the lady owner told the robbers that the cops were gonna
come, robbers said "we know, we timed them". Took the cops 20 minutes to even send a car out.
The funny thing about it is that they even came back a second time to clear it all out about 2
hours later and cops still took their time responding.
I just wanted to share that story with you guys.

I don't understand why police don't just taze or use other methods to subdue or detain UNARMED
people. Serious question though. Are they just afraid that the other person MIGHT have a weapon

When the guy walked off the cop pulled his gun on him while severely injured, he's fucking
