What movie is this from?
Also discuss--
No one on the boat was going to help him before they thought he was dead. However, all of them
were perfectly capable of doing so.
Did the kid that pushed him commit murder or did the whole group commit murder?

To me, it seems like nobody decided to help him because in the moment, they were so pissed off at
him that they thought "Nah, he deserves it". But, after seeing him slowly die before them, their
morality kicked in way too late.
Personally, I don't know the context but it'd make a lot of sense if his character was the quiet
bullied type and had a moment where he just let loose. If that's the case, then everyone seems to
be motherfuckers.

It's more the fact that it was a relatively calm river and they expected him to just swim to
shore, not spaz out. When they realized he was in legitimate trouble they went in.
