  In firefox Hit "Tool" then "Page Info"
  Do this with the flash playing clearly.

  Hit the save as to save the flash as a .flv file.

  If you can get it to work his way then fine, but I always had to do it this way.

  I just open up the flash, and if I'm happy with it's contents, go to File > Save Page As, select
  my .swf folder (or porn, depending on the contents), and hit the save button.
