I'm not sure it's the same dude. Otherwise, if it was the same dude, maybe the whole adventure was an "if only" daydream. Or maybe the protagonist is in denial about the loss of his lover, delusional, hallucinating. And when his imaginary alter ego makes it back to the grave, he finally snaps out of it, upon which his fantasy vanishes into air. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)11:32 No.1096089 fucking hate these controls >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)11:37 No.1096091 A voice floated through the rain "White guy you must find the ghosts" The White Guy exclaimed "I will find the ghosts" A voice floated through the rain "No, you are the ghosts" And the White Guy was the Ghosts. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)11:59 No.1096097 i like the second ending >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)12:03 No.1096098 Best Slenderman RPG EVER!!! >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)12:18 No.1096103 >>1096097 epic troll >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)12:26 No.1096105 >>1096091 I got it. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)12:47 No.1096113 op here, how can you guys not like the ending. it sent shivers down my back. you thought you were going to set the spirit of the woman you loved to rest and then you find out it was your grave. or else that i won't bother to write here since im working >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)12:49 No.1096118 nice one >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)13:28 No.1096138 Fuck this game >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)13:46 No.1096142 >>1096113 Here's a mind fuck: you jump of a cliff at the beginning. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)13:48 No.1096144 is that the ghost of satan following me or what? because I'm pretty sure I just killed satan. by shooting him in the fucking face. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:14 No.1096151 can anyone rip the music from this? its really good >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:23 No.1096158 You're all a bunch of fucking idiots if you don't get this reference. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:26 No.1096160 >>1096076 The game is based on what I think was a greek myth. A man lost his love, and so travelled into 'hell' to save her. He managed to convince the head of the underworld to let her go, but only if he could return to the surface without looking back. He assured him on his word, that she would follow him, silently. In the end, he turned around before he could reach the surface, and she was drawn back into the underworld. This game is an obvious play on that, I mean, with a gun, that you can shoot a demon in the face with. And lightning and stuff. But it seems to me that when you return to the surface, thats when you're supposed to realise it was a lamenting daydream. A regret, an "I wish it happened this way". >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:29 No.1096161 >>1096142 Mindfuck successful. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:31 No.1096162 >>1096158 >>1096160 see >>1096053 >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:37 No.1096165 >>1096160 I got the reference but your "lamenting dream" isn't the only explanation. It's still open for interpretation. Mine: the character commits suicide through your actions, at the very beginning, when you jump off the first cliff. Both you and the hero of the game don't realize that and carry on to bring back the hero's beloved. When you return with her ghost to the graveyard, the hero notices his friend standing before his grave. They're both drawn back to their new home, the underworld. It's what you make of it. It's art. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:40 No.1096167 >>1096160 >Both you and the hero of the game don't realize that he died and carry on Fixed for obvious reasons. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:40 No.1096168 why am i not supposed to look back? nothing is in the previous screens. >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:45 No.1096171 what the hell, the ground keeps disappearing right when i enter the the next scene after the part where you jump over the 2 continuous alternating fireballs >> [_] Anonymous 10/20/09(Tue)14:54 No.1096173 Once you realise this is a tribute to a Greek myth, I think you'll come to look at the choice of colours differently too.
