That was retarded.
Any idiot should know that you open up a major vein, preferably the jugular, and suspend the
animal to be butchered from it's hind legs so the heart pumps out most of the blood.
After the blood has been let, you make a careful y-incision below the anus, either using a
bluntheaded skinning knife, or using two fingers to guide the blade so it will not nick the
flesh. Then you open the incision the same way, down to the thorax.
Next you circle the knife around the legs, two inches over the paws, next you cut down the
insides of the legs to connect with the initial incision. Lastly circle the blade around the anus
to sever it from the skin. Now the fur should be relatively easy to remove by drawing it
downwards and backwards from the anus.

After that you should make an even more careful cut down the abdominal muscles so you can remove
the internal organs.
At this point you should make sure no feces from the severed anus comes in contact with the flesh.
Lastly remove the head by severing the spine and cutting the joining muscles and tendons.
You can also try to remove the paws and sell them as rabbit feet.
I recommend using only the legs and the haunches in cooking. The rest may be hazardous to eat if
