The game most certainly attracted young teens with fuckloads of time and cash. PvP was nice in BC and WotLK, I remember that I really enjoyed it, don't know about the new expansions, though.

I don't see why they didn't just keep the 40 man raiding and add the 10 and 25 man raids. They added two forms of raiding, what was 3 too many? WotLK learned its mistake from TBC and adapted its raids to this 25 man set up, but having tasted honey then given just sugar still makes you yearn for what you use to have.
