The only way things are going to change is if you make them change. This means that you have to
initiate it. It doesn't have to be big. Something small, like going on a walk or taking that
chance on that thing you've been meaning to do (and that you really SHOULD do - but it's scary
and putting it off is easier.)
Hang in there OP. I know this shit's hard now, but I'm one of those that firmly believe that one
is born for a reason and perhaps you're meant to meet someone and change their life in some way
that you're not aware of yet.

I never liked when people told me "you just gotta try", though in general it is pretty solid
advice. Figure out what parts of your life you're in control of, and use those to improve your
situation as best as you can.

Addendum:
There's plenty of folks at your disposal right here who want to help you in some way, but you
have to be able to communicate your needs. Otherwise they have no way of fulfilling them. Put
your problems into words, then put a solution into words. Post them. Ask if anyone can perform
the solution.
Obviously the downside of reaching out to an anonymous board is inconsistency, but hey,
perseverance will overcome the odds. The only real unknown is the amount of time it takes.
