Capcom been shit for a long while not and was also like Konami and always in the software

It's due to them not releasing most of their stuff outside Japan. What do you expect when they do

They would do slightly worse than in Japan if they released all of it.
The problem is Japan usually think there are certain things the outside world wouldn't want.
