You can also go to fenoxo.com and search for "editor".
The character viewer was abandoned by its creator long ago, and probably does not support most
current options. I believe that this is why Fen no longer links it on the "Play" page... If you
still want it, try searching for "viewer" on the forum. You will have to go down about halfway to
find the port that says "I just so happen to have copies for the old and newer character viewer"

It has a save editor for quick and easy body/money/xp/perks changes. It's nice to have when you
suddenly feel like a large change to a character is necessary or you got an accidental mutation
or something that you don't want.
