This version feels like it should be the original song. Except for the voices.

ah I get it. You mean it's been a while since anything new has been made for it, no?
>>2906827
it's because to make a flash you have to download adobe flash or some freeware stuff and it's
simply much more complicated than if any user were to make image based content.

you're right, but the interactive part of flashes is what makes /f/ interesting. Is there a
decent replacement for that?

not at all. that utility SWFchan hands out lets you turn any movie into a flash.
so, so long as you have a basic video editor (one comes with nearly every OS nowadays) you can
make flashes.
they're not interactive, and probably meme-ridden, but its still new content.
The problem is laziness.

And while this guy >>2906838 is right for the most part, it is interactivity that gives flash its
special place in the world, like 70 percent of our content isn't interactive anymore.
Them that are are either scrolling through scenes (which could just be made a video, really), or
are games, the one truly interactable thing on /f/.
>>2906851
this was made with the SWFchan utility. you can tell because it has the white loading circle.
>>2906770
Seems like fine quality to me.

read much?
>>2906838
but yes you can get freeware to convert video to swf, to compile actionscript (flashdevelop) or
to even take care of the vector animation part that makes flash amazing at file size (Synfig).
However well these programs do their job independently doesn't change the fact that they cannot
create a flash that blends all of those qualities together; Can you make a clickable button in
Synfig? Probably not, and you might be able to open up the swf in flashdevelop but adding it
there would be a mess and far less complicated than in Adobe Flash.
I would say that the best is to just get flash for the $60 if you are serious about dank memes,
but since Adobe became greedy they made it subscription. Just pirate Flash if you have the means
to.

Okay, but you don't need to know flash at all to make something with the SWFchan thing. You just
pop a video in and it pops out your flash.
Its hardly a freeware adobe flash expy.
And how is that more difficult than mspaint?
>> [_] Anonymous 09/18/15(Fri)03:07:27 No.2906869
Is there a perfect loop of this yet? I could make one but someone must have already done it

right but you can't make something interactive.
And it is mspaint, the lowest kind of quality; as >>2906861 said it is most of the swfs posted
because they are easy to make and the only real type of swfs that they can for free.
Won't it be great once more anons can make complicated things like interactive menus for shit
quality videos?
goodnight, I'll check swfchan for this thread.

I took this into ableton and slowed it down to 75 bpm without fucking with the vocals. I also put
an eq on it that brought up the low end and took out some of the high and mid so it wasn't quite
so ear piercing. It's also in stereo now. :-)

who's left that even makes new stuff that /f/ posts?
like, the only new actual flash stuff that I've seen in 6 months to a year are by Minus8 or Zone.
Which means the last non-hentai flash we've had is as old as when John Cena bait-and-switches
were /f/ exclusive.
