However well these programs do their job independently doesn't change the fact that they cannot create a flash that blends all of those qualities together; Can you make a clickable button in Synfig? Probably not, and you might be able to open up the swf in flashdevelop but adding it there would be a mess and far less complicated than in Adobe Flash. I would say that the best is to just get flash for the $60 if you are serious about dank memes, but since Adobe became greedy they made it subscription. Just pirate Flash if you have the means to.
