>implying anyone cares about /f/.
When 4chanJS was first implemented, /f/ was broken at least a month.

I can see where you're coming from, but I can also see people making the argument about the gems
of the flash world like VIP and 0x40 Hues.
Plus, there are flashes like Weebles and stuff that focus around music that would fit under a
music category better than others.

I don't understand, 0x40 hues, Fry.Dance.40x and almost all of weebls stuff are [L]oops.
The audio loops perfectly as do the visuals, that is what a loop is.
The playlist flashes are a rare exception that they don't fit under a specific category but they
are still appreciated by people.
What I'm trying to say is that if you're making a separate tag for [M]usic it would encourage the
creation of extremely unimaginative flashes, namely taking a jpg/png and slapping a full song
under it.
No editing of the song, no editing of the image, no coding, a flash that can be made in seconds.
Those kind of flashes are shit and I have yet to see a single one of them I can appreciate.
The amount of flashes that would only belong with a [M]usic tag is too low to warrant a new tag
anyway so I don't see why people keep asking for it.

While I do agree they do fall under the [L] category, I see an argument could be made that they
are more musically focused rather than a loop.
A case could be made about stuff like little boxes.swf ( http://www.newgrounds
.com/portal/view/565592 ), where they're just music focused stuff. Other examples would the the
There She Is! series or basically anything under this list: http://www.newgrounds
.com/movies/browse/genre/music-video/min_score/0#sort:score .
And I do feel it's apt to note swfchan and their tagging system containing melodious stories and
musicless loops. There's clearly the ability to create a distinguished music category, so I don't
think it's beyond reason to ask for it.
I'd just like to throw my opinion in that I don't give a shit, I prefer mods not look at /f/ and
just leave us to be ourselves. We have the bare minimum categories and we already have tons of
unofficial "rules" and specialty sites that build a framework for a pretty open society.

shit like that is hilarious
like /i/'s Oekaki being broken for literally years, or moot using /po/ as a testing ground
because nobody would notice anyway.
Shows you how diverse this site is not just in people and interests but also in posting speed.
