I have been pretty down also.
Eating healthy usually helps... alittle.
I also started taking vitamin C 300mg once a day and its given me a mood boost.
Anyway hope you feel better.

I've been watching japanese teen love dramas on crunchyroll, Mischievous Kiss. It's made me feel
a lot better about the break up. Depression and stuff though, just keep your head up and think of
ways you can be the person you've always wanted to be. babystep at a time. look at the stars and
the moon, take a deep breath outside. You have the power to make things okay again, we all have
down moments; without feeling like shit every now and again you'll forget how good life can be at
times.
