I got S ranking, I forget if its possible to get higher or not...
You have to complete the game really fast to get A rank, and to get S rank you have to click on
all of the secrets in each stage.

I'm looking through the games content files right now. I see a picture "A+" so yes it is
possible. I also see you are able to take off her clothes some how. Nothing horribly explicit at
