If the only argument you can really present for people sticking around is ignorance (what),
because there may/may not be a extra scene at the end, and there is (usually) good musical scores
during them then... I don't think the problem is the people leaving.
Anyone remember the Dead Space 3 credits that went on for a whopping 15 or so minutes? It's
really quite amazing because the real (and only) horror of the game can be found when the
crushing reality of having to watch 15 minutes of uninterruptable credits scroll by you.

Games are not movies. You're expected to watch through a movie, and the credits are usually
relatively brief because the next group has to come into the theatre. Games are played at home,
so they have no such restrictions with time.

Haha, oh my, you're actually serious.
Hold on, allow me to laugh even harder.
With the advent of the internet, movie credits are available anywhere, anytime. No need to sit
and wait for a wall of text (that you aren't going to remember reading) to scroll by. If you need
to sit and reflect with a majority of movies you will ever see, there is something wrong with
your real-time comprehension.
>credits are usually relatively brief because the next group has to come into the theatre
No they're not. Have you ever worked at a movie theater? Or actually sat through the credits like
you are advocating? There is a /massive/ wait time between each movie.

Wow.
No, people leave during the credits because they came to watch a movie to be entertained.
Watching a list of names and titles scroll by is not inherently entertaining for the vast
majority of the viewing populace.

Look, people DO have busy lives which is why, derp, if the 'end credits' crap was of worth they
would of put the 'end credits clip(s)' within the movie BEFORE the credits roll, not WHILE the
credits roll or even AFTER the credits roll.
Gebus Christ, this fatty faggot needs to be rolled.

Same. Unless the movie is a straight 8/10+ for me, I'll usually just leave the movie theater and
won't think twice.

I stay through the credits for two main reason
1) not be stuck in that annoying pushing herd of humans
2) just to sit and relax and kinda think over the film I just watched

God dammit this was a fucking waste of time. Fuck that fat fuck whining about I don't even know
what.

I'm surprised no one has said it yet. Most people don't stay for the end credits because they
really need to piss.
