get over it. This is the best from the era and a fantastic piece to see in full 480 glory. Some
of the animation sequences show mastery.
This is what put Gainax (was Daicon Film i believe) on the map
BTW: watch the city explosion again, preferable frame by frame, and just stare in amazment that
each and every frame was hand drawn with computers distant in the future for those people.
Literally this was made by 12 people in a basement.
