It's Swedish for "The Amazing Widget". The silly song is about a perpetual motion machine, which
is only revealed at the end of it.

Michael B. Tretow was by the way the sound technician for the Swedish group ABBA. This song was
made by him in 1985 and was played a lot during 1986 on the radio in Sweden because of how silly
the lyrics are and yet how somewhat catchy the song is.
