The problem is Moot fucked over the post limit. And the time that posts are allowed to stay up.
We no longer have the man power or ability to post quality /f/ material at a rate that can beat
out the masses of youtubers.
Thing is, I have nothing against you tube videos. But you guys already have a website for that.
6+ years ago /f/ was the most tight nit board on 4chan. Then the big changes happened, the board
became more mainstream and all the regulars left as there was no longer a way to compete with
youtube posts.

Yes we do. But making an actual flash, even a simple loop, takes some time and thought.
Meanwhile, converting a YT video takes almost no effort and provides instant gratification to the
poster. So of course they're being created at a much faster rate than OC flashes.
I don't think all YT uploads are bad, but it is kind of disappointing when you see them making up
the majority of the posts at a given time.

yeah, for example i meant to make a chunibyo dance loop this morning for /f/, but it turned out
subpar to what i was hoping, so i'm not gonna post it cause i'm all for quality
converting YT mp4's with talking heads on the other hand is a minute deal
also, converting flashes from to webms for /wgs/ is quick and easy, but that doesn't affect this

The only good flash rips here are those ultra compressed movies, which is just pointless fun for
the sake of pointless fun.
Seeing a 0.3fps movie at 144p and subs that runs for 2 hours beats shitty youtube rips any day.
