Never had any freezing crashing or stuttering, everything runs 60fps at highest settings
Only time it drops below 60 is the occasional laggy area or loading when it drops to like 40

well for me it freezes from time to time at random for about 5 seconds and then runs good again
or when I look into the distance sometimes it runs well and sometimes doesn't

funny thing is it was dropping fps on the stairs near where you use the banner
now that I went back it's like completely different thing
it didn't stutter when I was on the rooftops looking far and wide into the distance
