Boris wasn't instructed to use Iron Man's horn.. The only time it's ever been played was during a
friendly match against /jp/ a year or two back.
Can't justify giving absolutely everyone a horn to play when there's a slim chance that they're
ever going to score anyway.

I thought giving everyone a horn was the whole point of those surveys done here by the guy asking
what lineup we wanted. I specifically remember those threads and discussion of goalhorns.
I thought fun goalhorns during goal replays was a big part of the point

The polls were for the players on the roster and for the general goalhorns to be used against a
given board.
I don't recall there ever being a guarantee that every player would have their own horn.
Look at what literally every other board does, they have specific goalhorns for specific players
and a general goalhorn for the entire board.
/f/ doesn't have just one general goalhorn or anthem, but there are specific goalhorns for a
specific set of players.
