Well I brute forced it, so there are more image "slots" than actual banners, for example

case 4chan does at some point. Also that google document is incomplete as it doesn't contain any
banners past 250, like http://s.4cdn.org/image/title/262.png. It also contains duplicates of
245.png, 246.png, 247.png, 249.png, 169.jpg, 168.png, 166.png, 167.png, 164.png, the list goes on.

community is quite awful. There's plenty of pomf clones, imgur clones and other hosts for images;
