We don't know how to fix that yet though and I personally think we may never be able to fix it, only develop preventive medicine and early diagnostics so it can be detected when it is happening to the fetus. A better comparison for Trannies would be Body Integrity Disorder. It's sort of the opposite of Phantom Limb Syndrome, where the brain's mental map of the body is messed up and it makes it feel like a part of the body should NOT be there, arms or legs for instance. There is no cure for the rare disorder and those that suffer it really and truly do want to have their limbs chopped off to try and get their body to match up with their messed up head.

Should we cave into this person's demands? NO. We tell them to get in a wheelchair, get crutches, or we could help raise funds for a prosthetic. We also could make PUBLIC buildings more accessible. Now if someone is an attention whore and says, "I'm born in the wrong body," does this mean that we should cater towards their wants? Does this mean we call 99% of the normal people "cis-gendered" just because they want the attention that those with disorders (eg Klinefelter) receive? NO. It's called we get certified doctors to treat them so they could wake up from their delusions. Fucking attention whores.
