It looks like the re poster forgot the recipe honestly how careless.
Lemme fixt that for you.
Pork roast and a leek potato soup:
Roast:
First, get your hands on a boneless pork roast.
Make sure it has at least one side that is covered in nice fatty goodness
Score the fat diagonally one direction and stuff with chopped garlic and rosemary.
Spice rub:
Black pep, salt, paprika (srsly thas it)
Rub some canola oil all over that bad boy.
Cut and onion into rings and scatter around pork
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min per pound.
When finished tent with foil and rest 10min
bonus gravy:
Take pan drippings from pork and strain them into sauce pan, add 3/4 C beef or chicken stock
Add 4 tbs butter and 2 tbs flour. whisk until thick and ass smooth as you can get it
Strain into gravy boat.
The soup:
2 lb potato
1 Cup butter
(2 sticks)
4 cups heavy cream
2 leeks
1 cup water
1 sprig rosemary
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
1 Tbs garlic powder
Peel and chunk potatoes, cubes slicers w/e
When cutting up the leek use only the white to pale green part of the leek
Add butter to a hot pan,
Add leeks and cook for 3-5 min till soft
Add potato, cream, water and spices
Cook until potatoes are soft and cream has reduced
Remove sprig of rosemary and bay leaves
Transfer to blender (don't try and do the entire pot at once)
blend until smooth.
Transfer back to pot and check seasoning, may need more salt and pep after blending.
Top with sharp cheddar and green onion crispy bacon is also a nice touch
Serve with any dinner rolls
Pear cider goes really well with pork roast.

No... Sadly it is such a dank tune that the sauce has been lost to the infinite depth of the web.
