OK this is what I have so far:

  >47 4f 4f 44 20 4c 55 43 4b
It's just "GOOD LUCK" encoded on hexadecimal, which kind of confirms that this is a riddle and it
  can solved.

  >0x000x140x090x0E0x190x150x120x0C.0x030x0F0x0D0xFF/
Again this looks like hexadecimal since 0xXYZ is standard notation for it. If we remove those 0x
  we get
  00 14 09 0E 19 15 12 0C. 03 0F 0D FF
which gives two strings of respectively 6/7 and 3/4 character long (don't know if 00 and FF are
just used to start/end the message or serve some other purpose) separated by a full stop. Their
values are relatively low (the first number is either 1 or 0 in all but the last) which means
that they most likely can't be translated directly to text since most common encodings use the
first ~20 values for especial characters such as SPACE, TAB, BELL or BACKSPACE.
The decimal values are the following:
  1 21 10 15 26 22 19 13. 4 16 15 32
Then again it may not be hex at all.

  >The grid
This an 11x11 grid of what seem to be codes for youtube videos, which 11 character strings made
up of lower/upper case letters mixed with numbers and underscores. Here's an example, the code is
at the end after the "?v="
  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eo_gJwXxshQ
I tried a few of them from left to right, right to left, up/down, down/up and diagonal and none
worked. My guess is that hex string gives some kind of code to choose the correct parts of the
  grid.

  >>0<eae1
No idea about this but I see many ways it could be interpreted
"quoted 0 is lesser than than eae1"
  >0<,eae,1 since the first two seem like palindromes
Or simply as a normal character string

  >crispo letum
It's latin, the literal meaning is brandish/swing/shake death/ruin, don't know what that means.
When I searched it on google I got a lot of results relating to another riddle flash so I'll be
  uploading that.

  >eudaemonia.swf
According to swfchan this is the first time the flash has been posted.
The name itself is greek for happy/fortunate which along with pixelart and tranquil music makes
  for a pretty typical upload.
Also I tried to decompiling it unraring it opening it on a hex editor and looking at the metadata
and saw nothing strange which makes me think that flash itself has nothing to do with the riddle.

The site seems to be a fairly popular "mystery page" that has been up since 2005. It certainly
wasn't created for this occasion, so the links on the comments (there are hundreds like them)
must have been cautiously handpicked by OP attempting to convey some new that applies to his own
puzzle either by their name, content or solution

  Here's the flash I mentioned before >>3196383

Goes without saying that any input is appreciated.
