Marked for deletion (old). >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)05:58:02 No.3202501 >>3202499 This guy is being ironic right? >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)06:03:02 No.3202503 Undertale is a good game and that part of the game is good also. Fun stuff especially for younger gamers. The commentator is pure cringe but that is a separate issue. Some people whine that its SJW or something but really only like 1% of the game is potentially like that and can be easily ignored. The rest of the game is not pushing any messages or anything that could be viewed as political, just amazing dialogue, fun time travel shit, great interactivity, nice characters, nicely designed world... its just a good fun game for those it appeals to. I am a right-wing conservative nativist and I loved it, atleast in the first play-through. >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)06:41:27 No.3202520 >>3202503 >I am a right-wing conservative nativist kek >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)06:48:26 No.3202526 >>3202503 The problem with undertale is not that there's dykes in it; it's that it feels so forced. Some people might like goofball skeletons and spaghetti jokes but I think it's kinda annoying. People say that the characters are likeable but I feel like most of them are just terrible anime stereotypes that like dumb jokes Even the gameplay and atmosphere were kind of dissapointments. After playing the demo I expected the game to have a spookier atmosphere but then you end up in cute monster snowvillage. Sure there are some moments and if you do choose to grind for hours the game becomes sort of a horror game but overall I was kinda dissapointed but that might just be my personal tastes. Also, the game felt too linear; too much corridors. I'm not saying that there's a problem with linear games but to me it felt constraining; even early dragon quest games feel more open despite being mostly linear. Overall it's not a bad game, but just a disappointment to me and not anywhere close to a great game. >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)06:49:41 No.3202527 >>3202503 I dunno anon, I played for like 20 minutes and dropped it because it felt so god damn boring. >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)07:04:34 No.3202533 >>3202526 >The problem with undertale is not that there's dykes in it; it's that it feels so forced. Yeah I hated the nerd Dino character and the whole shtick with her and the fish but again, less then 1% of the game is really related to that. Regarding the rest, agree to disagree. The "world" with its characters, dialogue, unique game aspects (time travel shit), interactivity and story kept me very entertained and really sucked me in. >>3202527 Fair enough. I admit it is a slow paced game. Those with short attention spans (like me sometimes) probably wouldn't enjoy it. As mentioned above though I found myself able to really immerse myself in the world and was very entertained. Only on the first playthrough though. I found the game unfortunately had very little replay value but the first time was still awesome. >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)07:24:11 No.3202539 I've still not played Undertale. I don't intend to for another 5 years so I will have forgotten the meme-fast that is the Undertale fanbase. This is the only proper way to enjoy games. (then forget and never play it at all) >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)07:39:31 No.3202543 >>3202499 This part always cracks me up :DD >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)10:29:47 No.3202561 >>3202539 >the meme-fast that is the Undertale fanbase. I mean lets face it, that base could be there for more than 5 years considering the cringe it holds and the types of people who make it up. Totally understandable strategy though. It's like how I didn't play portal 2 for a long time after it came out. >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)12:36:57 No.3202590 >>3202503 >millennials the post. >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)12:52:47 No.3202594 >>3202499 I liked it, and I am the OP of that thread >> [_] Anonymous 01/16/17(Mon)12:54:10 No.3202595 >>3202503 >just amazing dialogue, fun time travel shit, great interactivity, nice characters, nicely |
