  This is probably the best place to ask this, sometimes when I attempt to open a flash my computer
  it opens up a blank browser tab and downloads it. It even does this when I'm opening flashes I
  have stored locally. Anybody know about this problem or am I a massive retard and the solution is
  staring me in the face?
