>female officers are equal to male officers
This is just not true. Female recruits are more prone to panic, irrational decisions and they can't
evacuate a wounded colleague. This is a simple fact your feminist approved statistics won't be able
to change.

Women in the security sector, not even once.

t. Woman

Broaden your horizon, deploy with a Woman some day, only then will you know what true hopelessness
feels like. There's a reason they get pushed into logistics at their earliest convenience, you
know. (Hint: It's not their superior management skills)

>> Anonymous 7jun2017(we)14:27 No.50230 P P22R21

My broad horizon tells me to not trust anything I read on the Internet and to not generalize
anything.
Mostly because the most simple answers are nearly anytime the wrong ones.
(Not at all ironic I read to "broaden my horizon" or "open my mind" from people that would be
advised to take said advice themselves)

I am not planning to just go to the military just to get some piece of my mind affirmed just that
woman are weak in the sense that you imply.
Nevermind the fact I resent violence, even if it is state-sanctioned but that is besides the point.

What you are offering me is part of anecdotal evidence and/or personal experience that you might
personally find reassuring enough but I find as a sample size unsatisfactory.
(Like saying," 'smoking kills' is a myth, my grandparents lived to the age of 80+")
See, this may be convincing, may it be not for the effect of statistical outliers and random
chance, thus being not reflective of reality.

On the top of my head I could guess several other factors being at play instead of just ineffective
work from women,
like for example, how most of the military in most countries were male exclusive, which means that
woman are in the process of becoming a central part of military force. Change doesn't happen
overnight.

Or that any military system itself is not ready to accustom and utilize woman to their full extent
yet.

Plausible points of argument, yes sure, do these mean jack shit without evidence, no.

tl;dr You are convincing with actual statistics

>> Anonymous 7jun2017(we)16:01 No.50232 H P23R22

>>50230
It's very simple, in the Military, you get the job you're suited for. Unless you fall under the
"protected by PC police" category, then you're just assigned a job that empowers you and you end up
endangering your ft.
I'm sure the slower times permitted for Women on the 10k or the "Flexed arm hang" instead of
Pull-ups and the hundreds of other shortcuts, are just them becoming a central part of the military
and has nothing to do with the fact that they can't perform to the same standard.
It's pure anecdotal speculation and coincidence that volunteer "Firewomen" aren't 50% of the force.
It's pure anecdotal speculation and coincidence that Women aren't 50% of coal miners.
It's pure anecdotal speculation and coincidence that men are more likely to have a degree of color
blindness due to XY contra XX.
It's pure anecdotal speculation and coincidence that Women have breasts, generally different fatty
tissue deposits, lower average upper body strength and are statistically shorter/smaller framed
than Men.
We're all actually identical, right?

>You are convincing with actual statistics.
This usually ends up meaning
>Link me directly to statistics that that I will simply disregard without care.
There's lots of statistics out there and you've already read all the ones that support your stance.
I used to think we were equal too, then I learned first hand that we're not, but that's actually a
huge benefit. (In those extremely rare cases were it's allowed to be acknowledged.)

>> Anonymous 7jun2017(we)16:55 No.50234 P P24R23

>>50232
Not saying that women and men are equal on all levels, they are not
Biologically, socially or otherwise, that is a fact.
Their muscle mass in contrast to men just disadvantages them in certain roles.
I am not here to argue that.

Just fed up with the female gender just being associated as overall weak,
as in any shape or form like e.g. psychically.
Instead of focusing on the weaknesses, all could benefit by complementing the strengths of both
genders.
Possibly extending that women aren't in a 50% split in a military and projecting that on the whole
gender seems arbitrary and stupid.

>Link me directly to statistics that that I will simply disregard without care.
In-case you missed it,
I am trying to keep an open mind, just trying not to turn my "broadened horizon" into a "landfill
of metaphorical bullshit".
We should all be aware of cognitive bias.

you faggots underestimate the importance of a caring parent. Just because the "right" do not want
the woman to work does not mean because she is incapable of doing such.
It is because she is more capable than him in this regards.Taking care of a family and doing
housework is hard work. Acknowledge it.

Look faggot,
nobody is saying that females aren't capable mothers,
the discussion evolved around how females perform and get treated in the workplace.

>It is because she is more capable than him in this regards.
Also women should not be condensed down to "birth-givers", "kid-raisers" and "house cleaners".
Every woman should be able to choose what she want to do, be at home or work.
Doesn't mean that the circumstances one can find themselves in allows it.
>Just because the "right" do not want the woman to work does not mean because she is incapable of
doing such.
Well, not like the fiscal and other polices of the right (aka USA republicans) give the women in
that country much choice then to work.
They slash social programs and school budgets that would help families and single mothers raise
their kids,
not even speaking of not wanting children, good luck with your abortion rights and clinics under
Conservatives.
They care more about fetuses in the womb then actually raising and educating children.

>Taking care of a family [...] is hard work.
You mean financially, too? Right?
Not just raising them.
>Doing housework is hard work.
Not that technology made it easier and more time-effective in developed nations, unless you are
dead poor.
which means how hard housework is depends on your wealth.
>Taking care of a family and doing housework is hard work.
Doesn't mean this should be a womans exclusive domain,
the men can also do this shit.
>Acknowledge it.
Acknowledged.
