you're not familiar how browsing work behind the scenes, that's alright.
there is no user unless you log in. you can set cookies or try to guess that two people use the
same IP by reading the info given by the browser but neither of those are anywhere near reliable
(cookies can be removed or faked and browser info can be faked as well)
