Yes, I think it is.
v1.3a or something like that.
As far as I know the only difference between 1.3 and 1.3a was that Gwen starts with far too much
money in this version, making it very easy, unless your first mission is collecting more money. (In
that case, just restart.)
Loading never worked for me for some reason. dunno if it's just me or if it's broken in general.
