I had that issue happen to me when I had flash disabled on Chrome. Assuming you're using Chrome
you can re-enable flash by going to your settings, show advanced settings, content settings, then
scroll down to flash and enable it there

Well yeah, just google your ass off literally.
Flash has suffered a lot of grief lately in teh face of HTML5, and if you want a comfy,
canonicaal experience, you're going to have to do A LOT of tweaking and coddling to keep Flash
working as usual on your platform.
This will continue until Adobe announces The Official End Of Flash.
