Here's the source files for the flash posted here, as an example of way of seamless looping
technique.
The readme contains notes on its construction.
Also, for anyone interested, you can see how I create my prealoaders.
Also, the sneaky observer will notice how I sign my flashes. :^)
Included are the FLA, the additional resource files (audio/visual), a Sony Vegas file where I cut
the loop, and the font used in the preloader.

Since we're discussing loops: if you're trying to synchronize your audio and video, you can use
Audacity to speed up or slow down your audio to get it closer to your target frame length, and
then adjust your framerate in increments of .1 and .01 until it's perfect.

More to the point, you decide on a project framerate based on your synced visual; you then cut a
loop and time-compress or -expand as appropriate to fit.
Audacity is good for the budget-conscious, or you could buy/pirate Soundforge or Vegas to do the
job professionally.
