embedded do, but chrome updated and basically removed the option to run flash files without
"allowing" first. this has made it so if you have local flash files, it basically kills your
ability drag and drop them into the browser.

I can't watch flashes from my drive, but embeds and straight links in internet work fine. Is my
flash archive going to be doomed?

This was removed in one of the chrome 62 updates, there is no option that allows running bare
flash files. They must be wrapped in an object tag on the webpage, or they will just be
downloaded. You cannot drag flash files into the browser to play them either. Chrome will be
removing support for flash along with adobe. rip /f/

Of note, this only fixes it for normal browsing. If you go into inprivate mode because you don't
want a search history full of 4chan or don't want SWFchan's cancer ads to associate your normal
online footprint with porncams, flashes will still be broke. As far as I know there's no way to
fix it.

Old men gotta come to grips that your age is over, just be like the rest of us and watch a few
streams, it's a way better way to pass the time than this board.
