You don't unless you have flashes you've made/found
You can download flashes by looking it up on the internet
You can find out songs to flashes (usually) by either looking it up at swfchan.net or resizing
the window so it's vertical. Rarely does right clicking show it, but that can too
now stop being a newfag with this info

Nothing stops you unless they make it in such a way where it's hard to distribute. I don't think
anyone here would care very much if you did upload something original you found on newgrounds, in
fact, I think they would welcome it.

Monday - Miku
Tuesday - Touhou
Thursday - Gay
Always upload flashes with their original filename if you can, and don't if you make OC, it's
preferred that you don't just convert a youtube video to swf.
